Extend your swimming season this year with the FH series of FibroPool heat pumps.
With an output of 20,000 btu’s, the FH120 is rated to heat above-ground pools up to an 18′ round or a 12′ X 24′ oval, and in-ground pools up to 7,500 gallons.
Utilizing a high-pressure scroll compressor and a titanium heat exchanger, we’ve maximized energy efficiency to achieve a COP of 4.81; in other words, for every dollar of electricity, the FH120 will output an equivalent 4.81x of heat. Runs conveniently on a standard 3 prong, 120 volt plug.
Quick installation takes less than 30 minutes with 1 1/2” compression fittings. All-metal, enamel coated case will last year after year and withstand the elements, assimilating perfectly with your existing pool equipment. Easy set digital display allows for quick adjustments from the unit, which can be extended with our optional extension cable for optimal convenience.

We live in southeast Michigan with an 18ft round above ground Hayward pool and sand filter pump. Our pump is on an automatic timer which is perfect for this product. The setup idea is a breeze however the connections from the included pvc pieces to the unit leak. We have tried every effort to correct this. Currently we are one week waiting to hear back from the email we sent requesting new PVC attachments, which seem to be a common issue. Aside from the small leak this is an absolute gem. The unit is quiet and slim. Our kids have swam every night until 9 whereas before we got this our kids hadn’t swam because the pool cooled down to about 70-75 with our night temps dropping to 50-60. We have it set to 90, use a solar cover at night and we couldn’t be any more pleased. Watch all videos on amazon and YouTube. Also, read all reviews on every site. This will allow you to get a good idea of what to do. Not each review applies of course, but if you take your time this will be a great investment. With COVID It became a much to extend our swim season. Our backyard has become our favorite place to be and we needed it to last as long as possible and with unit we can. Thanks FibroPool.
Very easy to set up, and customer service was good when I had questions.
My Fibro came with two large dents due to very poor packaging
The unit is great and work very well. I am still waiting on the updated user manual to be sent. Also I paid $155.00 for three day shipping but the item arrived in eleven days. Hope not to billed the shipping charge.
This item I first ran across on Amazon, but when I missed buying it on there I googled Fibropool and found their website. A bit worried because I had never heard of the company I placed the order for the FH-120(comes with the plug, no electrician needed). It was on backorder, but the company was quick to reply to my email checking in on its progress. Item arrived as promised and well packaged. We chose the FH-120 for ease of install, just plug into a normal outlet (110 I believe it is, I’m no electrician, lol) I made sure nothing else was plugged into that outlet and didn’t believe anything else was on that “circuit” (again aint no electrician). It is on a gfi circuit (the kind that pops if you have too much stuff on it) so I knew if nothing else the outlet would “pop”. We plugged it in and nothing! lol, but the screen had no read out, so I knew I must have missed something. Sure enough you must remove the front left panel (when facing the led, and you only remove 2 or 4 screws not the entire side, just the half closest to the led) and “plug in” the wire for the led (the little wire only fits in one spot and remove the styrofoam). Thats it easy peasy! Fibropool has some youtube videos for setting of the LED. Basically you will see lots of settings on the LED, but do not touch! lol you only the setting for the water temp, unless your in the HVAC biz. We have a Intex 18 X9 X52 (est 5,000 gal) and we use a solar cover. We absolutely love the heater! It works great, its easy to setup and a great buying experience. At the time of this review it has been in use for 1 month in Maryland during the summer.
